I have previously objected to the above proposal for houses to be built at Eastbrook, Dinas Powys. Yesterday, I noted that one of the proposed walkways highlighted in blue, uses a lane accessed from George's Row. This lane has never been adopted or maintained by the council and is used by residents to access their garages and the rear of their properties. How can private land be suggested as a viable access?
