I object most strongly to the proposed development on the following grounds
Roads are already overloaded and cannot deal with the amount of extra traffic that will be generated
Where will the bus/cycle/taxi lane be repositioned? Also please bear in mind emergency services also use this lane
Schools are already oversubscribed
Health Centre cannot cope with existing patient numbers, to add extra will be detrimental to patient care
