I want to object to the building of another 250 houses, I work in Penarth Marina and it currently takes me 20-25 mins to drive to work. Adding that many houses will increase traffic by approximately 350 cars per day, it will be grid lock. The infrastructure is not set up for that many houses. The schools and drs are already over subscribed - where will the new residents go?
