Concerns about increase of population, Dinas powys infrastructure can't support such a volume. Traffic is unmanageable as it is, unsuitable train stations, only one GP surgery. Concerns about increasing the risk of flooding in the areas adjacent to the proposed development. This is a major issue which I can't see how it's guaranteed to be addressed. I don't support this development
