Increased congestion on roads already at or over capacity especially at busy times of day - school runs, work commute
Increased flooding risk as the run off from the site will flow into the Cadoxton River which frequently bursts it's banks, is not properly maintained and will only get worse the the dual risks from development and climate change
Doctors, schools, NHS and local services already at capacity
Loss of wildlife developing on green site and reduced greenbelt
Public transport, although close to Eastbrook station there is no facility for disabled access for the Barry bound trains.
