Location totally unsuitable with how much it floods at the moment. Traffic on Cardiff Road is ridiculous already without adding a few hundred more cars entering/exiting this site every day once built. Plus the local roads are an absolute state with the sheer volume of potholes before adding all this extra traffic. And the services such as local schools, GP surgery etc are already at breaking point.
