The village of Dinas Powys is already at capacity in terms of schools, doctors, and traffic on
Cardiff Road. The development of 250 new houses near to the village would create an unsustainable situation for people living here and Dinas Powys would lose its identity as a village. There would also be concern around increased flooding risk to Cadoxton River.
