With regard to the proposed new homes in Dinas Powys, we strongly object as this project would cause chaos to an already over burdened infrastructure, which would have a detrimental affect to schools, health, traffic etc.
More detailed outlined proposals would be appreciated. The current plan would appear to disregard the above details.
