Congestion is already at its limit for this area surrounding the proposed plans, particularly the road itself adjacent (Cardiff Road), this would cause untenable congestion issues as well as parking and increased road damage issues.
The road also leads directly to the hospital, so the increased congestion would inevitably impact and cause serious risks for the ambulance service in reaching destinations, including getting patients to emergency services in time.
The village is small and services are at capacity, including schools, dentists, gp surgeries etc., so this proposal going ahead would cause multiple issues for both local council and residents.
