As a welsh speaker myself I do not think this will enhance the language at all as the welsh schools are full & the only 2 schools in this vicinity are Ysgol Bro Morgannwg & Ysgol Sant Baruc at the waterfront. These schools are not within walking distance & therefore strengthen my case of more vehicles on the road.
The traffic inthis area is gridlocked at present so a further 376 homes would only exassipate the situation,meaning residents of Rhoose & Barry becoming more frustrated at any further delays.
The infrastructure to this proposed plan is completely inadequate apart from traffic issues that exist no schools available in area no doctors no dentists etc. therefore in my opinion the plan tobuild further houses is not viable.
