Land is waterlogged if built on water will only flow into eastbrook and down through Dinas Powis creating more flooding. Cardiff Rd is already gridlocked .not capable of taking more traffic.more pollution. site entrances will cross the ONLY footpath/cycle path out of Dinas also crossing bus/taxi lane that was deemed necessary. Destruction of natural habitat for wildlife. Train service already overstretched
