Effeithiau ar y Gymraeg:

No one speaks welsh. It's a complete waste of time, money and effort to keep pushing the welsh language.

Crynodeb o'r Gynrychiolaeth:

I am concerned that building houses on this site will worsen existing traffic congestion on Cardiff Road, which already suffers from heavy use, impacting air quality and road condition. The loss of green space will harm local wildlife and increase flood risk by reducing natural drainage. Additionally, local healthcare and educational facilities are already at capacity and cannot accommodate a significant increase in population. These issues raise serious concerns about the environmental and social sustainability of the proposed development.

Testun llawn:

I am concerned on the impact of building houses on the site proposed for the following reasons;

1. Cardiff road is already full to capacity. Trying to leave Dinas Powys towards Llandough is getting worse. Rush hours are bad enough but there seems to be little respite in the volume of traffic at any time of the day even on the weekends. This is impacting the air quality and the wear and tear of the roads as well. Another few hundred additional cars will just add to this already overwelmed road.

2. The loss of green space will be detrimental to local wildlife. It will also add to the flood risk of the area as there will be less land to soak up the rain.

3. Doctors and schools are already at capacity and will be unable to cope with such a large influx of people.
