Crynodeb o'r Gynrychiolaeth:

The current state of utility infrastructure—specifically water and electricity—shows evidence of deferred maintenance, resulting in an increased frequency of service failures in recent years. Compounding this, the area is inherently prone to flooding; developing on land with poor natural drainage will likely exacerbate this risk. This is particularly concerning given the absence of proactive maintenance programs to ensure drains and waterways remain clear of debris, which collectively places additional strain on community resilience. Furthermore, introducing over 250 additional vehicles to the local road network will do little to alleviate existing traffic volumes within the village.
