Effeithiau ar y Gymraeg:

Why is this a consideration? I am a proud Welsh born and bred woman, but cannot speak the language, I am more worried about the village in which I have lived in for over 60 years, and now my children and grandchildren live in, just cannot cope with any extra burdens on our very stretched resources, sorry but not sure what the Welsh language has to do with this matter at all!

Crynodeb o'r Gynrychiolaeth:

Dinas Powys is a lovely village to live in, however, we are bursting at the seams and the infrastructure just is not in place for more houses to be built or accommodated. Our schools are over subscribed, our doctors cannot cope with the demands they already have in them and more traffic would cause more congestion, and damage the already pothole ridden roads. There are only 2 roads in and out of the village, the main Cardiff Road, up and along Penyturnpike to Leckwith, or if you want to take your life into your own hands, along the Sully Road!
