I am completely against this new build. There will be congestion issues. You cannot get out of Dinas Powys towards Merrier Harriers due to queuing. Another possible 250 cars multiply by two per household accessing Cardiff Road especially at peak times of the day.
Water levels will be affected. Already problems.
