This is not suitable area as infastructure isnt in place. No additional services of schools, GP, roads and paths have been put in place. Access issues and increased traffic further to what is already a bottleneck.

School, GP and transport links need to be in place prior to development. Current infrastucture isnt able to handle additional housing
