Development at Dinas Powys (HG1 KS2) will further increase the congestion on main roads which is at full capacity already. The knock on effect will be higher pollution rates for everyone of the residents and the local schools. The public transport is already over capacity at peak times and on occasions some people cannot get on the train at Eastbrook station. There is not enough availability for regular doctors appointments at present and any further increase in population will further increase the problems being experienced.
