it is a concerning large development on a site that is easily flooded which is a major worry to residents in this area due to past flooding problems. It is already a congested area with limited resource at the GP and schooling as it stands in a village that has a strong identity as one. I cannot see why a new development is required in the heart of an already established community, straining tight resource and increasing the horrific congestion issues that already exist
