I strongly object to this plan. Dinas Powys doesn’t have the facilities for its current population as it is. At rush hour it is gridlocked already. There will be an increased risk of flooding to the Cadoxton River. It would cause a loss of wildlife which is unacceptable. Our local doctors surgery is already at full capacity.
