As a resident directly located in front of the land in question. I'm extremely concerned about the risk of flooding as we experience a lot of issues in this area already. The infrastructure around Dinas powys, roads, train stations, etc. Are definitely not equipped to deal with an increase of population. Not to mention there is only one GP surgery in Dinas powys, it won't be sufficient to provide a service to all.
That land has provided happiness to the residents of Dinas Powys, nature is so important for the wellbeing of society. The land should be treasured and protected.
