The Dinas Powys area is already overly populated, added housing will put a strain on schools, doctors, dentists, the environment (extra cars on the road) and traffic will be considerably increased in an area that is already very congested.
Also the land is home to wildlife, what happens to the creatures we share the land with?
I feel this is a bad choice also due to the rivers in Dinas. Rain water runs off the area into brooks and the river which regularly floods.
Please do not use this land for more houses.
