Traffic, flood risks and accessing timely health care at the GP are already tedious in Dinas Powys. Adding this many houses will mean more cars (more traffic, more potholes which are already a big issue, more polution).
Losing so much green space will also impact the ability for Dinas to manage water. We need green space to help reduce the risk of flooding - not more concrete.
Far fewer houses with much more green space left to nature.
