This site is inappropriate for development of houses for many reasons. The main one is grossly inadequate road infrastructure and a lack of provision of an appropriate highway. Cardiff Road is a bottle neck for traffic already. It is almost constantly nose to nose traffic. Adding more cars to this would exacerbate the issue greatly, and with houses come cars... Lots of cars... Please rethink this. Life is getting increasingly difficult in Dinas Powys due to the constant traffic, and this would make a bad situation even worse. The people who live here are very saddened by the lack of listening by the council on this matter. Please listen to us. We are counting on you.
