Very concerned about the poor road surfaces in Dinas Powys, lack ok parking and enforcement for illegal/dangerous parking. Highly congested driving routes, no safe cycle and walking lanes as alternatives to Barry and no by-pass. Amenities not in place to support additional housing. Decline in air quality, recreation grounds and well-being of current residents disregarded. Most likely increase flood risk due to lack of vegetation. I moved from Cardiff to Dinas in order to escape the traffic and enjoy village life. Urgent improvements in Dinas must be completed first before any additional housing can be integrated successfully.
