I believe the proposed plans will harm local wildlife, reduce residents' quality of life, and strain existing healthcare and services. Flooding risks will rise due to land concreting, and noise, light, and air quality will negatively affect woodland and farms. The dangerous Pen-y-Turnpike will see increased traffic and accidents, endangering both drivers and wildlife. Residents' concerns are ignored, and the village cannot support more residents without damaging its character, green spaces, and living standards for future generations.
The proposed plans will impact the wildlife, quality of life of the Dinas and Michaelston residents, increase the strain on an already strained GP, negatively impact the rest of the local services. Flooding will increase with concreting over the land. Sound, light and air quality will have a drastic impact on the woodland trust and local farms and their livestock. the pen-y-turnpike is an extremely dangerous road which is seldom looked after in terms of pot holes. the proposed developments would increase the use of the road and increase fatalities on drivers and wildlife. the residents in this catchment are ignored at every turn, the village and its infrastructure cannot take any more residents without irreversibly changing the fabric of the area, massively reducing the quality of living standards, and obliterating green areas which we'll never get back for future generations.
