I oppose development on the land North of Dinas Powys because it would significantly harm the village. Traffic is already severe, and additional housing would worsen congestion, increase pollution, and strain local roads. The development would also put pressure on schools, healthcare, and other services, reducing quality of life. Furthermore, it would lead to the loss of valuable green space and the village’s character, which residents deeply value.
