I have the following concerns over this development:
Increased traffic problems, especially at rush hours, on a busy road which has been proposed for a bypass back in the 1970s.
Exit entrance to site from a road with a bus lane, cycle lane and close proximity to traffic lights.
Extra air pollution close to residential areas and a primary school from extra traffic.
Increased pressure on over stretched schools, health centre and other community facilities.
Likely problems with sewage and groundwater in an area prone to flooding already.
Increase in traffic (250 houses=400 vehicles) will push more road users to use " rat runs " like Penyturn Pike, Longmeadow and the Westra.
