I thInk everyone understands the need for housing BUT flooding issues, services, infrastructure nees to be thoroughly addressed FIRST!
DOCTORS, TRAFFIC, SCHOOLS!! All are under pressure and over stretched!!
I can't see how this will work.
This land is very low lying, subject to flooding.
MAYBE YOU WILL NEED HOUSES ON STILTS???
