I’m very concerned about the proposed housing on Land north of Dinas Powys. There are limited routes in and out of Dinas, which already get heavily congested, and more homes will worsen traffic. Although train and bus services exist, many journeys still rely on cars, adding further pressure. Flooding in Dinas has been increasing, and more impermeable surfaces could worsen runoff unless drainage is properly addressed. GP services are already stretched, and additional residents will put further pressure on healthcare. Dinas Powys has grown with three recent estates, and this development would significantly change village character and infrastructure.
