Please note the comments on Dinas Powys Chat 0.7.02.2026 post Murchfield drop in session 06.02.2026
My concerns have been expressed equally by residents who are well informed re, - flooding, infrastructure, road pollution and chaos, increase and pressure on schools and medical facilities, environment, loss of village status, wildlife!!! There are so many issues to address! As a resident of Dinas Powys for well over 70 years, I have experienced vast changes. Some very welcome. I appreciate the need for affordable homes but this site is not 100% suitable.
