This site was rejected 10 years ago for various reasons for 250 houses. Those reasons have never been addressed. So traffic volume has increased. pollution has increased and noise levels have increased to name a few. So to propose nearly 400 houses on the same site is crazy. This location is totally unsuitable for a development of this size
