If the council considers themselves to be green, Why do they keep moving the goalposts regarding Green Wedge Land?
The council recently stated that CO2 emissions in Barry have risen 6%, so why do they insist on cramming more large housing developments in areas of high traffic movement
Maybe the planners need to look more at the areas infrastucture to relieve areas of increasing traffic flow eg Dinas Powis bypass and volume of traffic along the length of A4226 Port Rd
