There is no space at the local schools. Where are the extra children going to go. Traffic on the single road is heavy. You are likely to miss appointments. A minimum of 300 new cars all driving. It is a single lane road (Cardiff). There is no room for doctors surgeries. They are part time at it is and getting appointment becomes impossible. What happens when you put houses on greenfield. The land floods as it is. This will only happen again as the fields can't soak it up. We will get cut off again in Dinas Powys. New drainage won't do anything. You can't prejudice rainfall or flooding. We were told that the land would never be built on and the green wedge/green belt will be reduced. Consultation method is not very disability friendly.
