Development, housing or business, proposed for Hayes road AND Hayes lane should not be considered due to the proximity to the established Ty Hafan estate. The very nature of Ty Hafan, which is home to dying children, requires zero disturbance from building works, increased traffic and footfall. Vale communities and beyond have already expressed deep concern about development in this area.
