Readers Way is not sufficient access. Dangerous with cars parked along it.
The road network to Barry cannot cope currently with queues already back to the airport most mornings and school buses late.
Flooding: Fields flood every winter. The road outside 17 Readers Way floods every rainstorm. Development will exacerbate this and flood homes.
Sports provison: NO car parking means on-road parking making it unsafe for cars and pedestrians.
Active travel measures: not sufficient - needed all the way to Barry and Llantwit. Public transport is woefully inadequate for current population.
Facilities in Rhoose inadequate for growing population.
