EASTBROOK HOUSING PROPOSAL - no substantive improvements have been made to help cope with the current situation with the rivers Cadoxton and Eastbrook after the 2020 flooding - which will be worsened by this plan as they'll be no green space for run off from this development. There appears to be no proposals to improve either cardiff road or the merrier harriers junction to reduce traffic congestion , and as the development is not near any facilities the traffic will worsen. Since moving here just over 2 years ago the traffic congestion has definitely worsened
I do not think this development should progress until drainage/sewage and traffic improvements have been made.
