Mains water pipeline running through land, this is old and in poor condition, will need replacement. Exit for cars onto Cardiff Road is not acceptable, as there is already bad congestion. Has the extra stress on doctors surgery been addressed as it is now very very difficult to get appointments. Primary school places will increase and there is chaos for parking. now at collection times for pupils. Parking in station is full on weekdays, no space to enlarge, people will more than likely not walk to the train. Why are we using green belt land.
