Affordable housing is clearly essential, although I’m very concerned that the information provided for the Dinas Powys development is misleading. In the Persimmon and Boyer information it states ‘up to 40% affordable housing.’ Yet on the large posters at the Murch Community display it said ‘a minimum of 40% affordable housing. Considering the amount of detailed planning that has clearly already been done, this misleading information is very disappointing
