I’m writing in support of the proposed development near Seel Park - Land North of Dinas Powys
I’ve lived in Dinas Powys all my life. Almost 40 years. I have a family of my own now, and we are desperately looking for a larger property, 4 bedrooms, with space for the kids, which would suit us with our family of two adults two children two cats and a dog.
I have contacted persimmon homes to express my interest, as I want to move there ASAP.
As a footnote, whilst there appears to be a very vocal group of Dinas Powys residents protesting this development, I find it really frustrating that they are exclusionary and dismissive or insulting to the views of someone who thinks differently to them.

Bunch of boomers and Nimbys, who hurt their argument which is poor to begin with.
