- The management of surface water is insufficient. There are current issues on readers way that have not been fixed since it was built. And the additional strain on the system will not help this situation.
- Without viable surface water infrastructure the development will be of detriment to the residents.
- The area cannot cope with additional vehicles, there are a number of obvious pinch points on the access roads that have potential to cause accidents.
- So called active travel is not the answer. None of the recent developments have helped the people of the village.
- Invest in drainage and infrastructure.
- Ensure travel arranges are in place, for example reliable bus contracts and the long promised additional train per hour.
- Reduce the size of the development.
- Look at possible road links to the north of the site.
