Effeithiau ar y Gymraeg:

None, this question is a red herring and developments have no bearing on culture or language.

Crynodeb o'r Gynrychiolaeth:

100% affordable housing is government funded where site abnormal costs can be accommodated and fall outside of the normal development appraisal. As such, affordable housing schemes are more than private housing on more difficult and costly to develop brown field and contaminated sites / land. The authority's approach to allocation within private housing developments should also ensure the need is met and therefore negate the requirement to need to develop outside of settlement at all, thus preserving the natural environment and ecology.

Newid wedi’i awgrymu gan ymatebydd:

As above, ensure affordable housing is delivered as part of the wider private and rented social housing allocations, preserve green open countryside, ecology and space between towns to prevent urban sprawl.
