Cardiff Road from Dinas Powys is already a bottleneck with near constant heavy traffic and queues through Dinas Powys. To have a new development of this number of houses using one exit in and out is madness. I note that lights at the junction will be installed as well. This will just produce huge traffic congestion with the cars and Lorrie’s and vans idling away pumping more fumes into the atmosphere. Madness!
Preferably scrap it but if not have multiple entrances and exits onto different roads
