Objection to housing development-2299- Land to the west of Maendy Road Aberthin. This field is not within existing village boundaries and so an intrusion onto green field boundaries. The field is in Flood Zone 3.The RLDP spatial strategy directs housing growth to sustainable locations with employment, services and infrastructure. Aberthin is a minor rural settlement for which these houses represent a 14percent increase. The additional traffic from this side road will increase the existing traffic hazards through Aberthin and the difficulty for children and villagers needing to cross the road to catch the bus.
