Poor access to site from a small single track country road.
Lack of amenities in the area to support further housing.
This area, and especially the small lane next to this site already suffers a with a lot of surface water. When there is rain, the small lane resembles a river. More building on fields will worsen this situation further, and properties which are already at risk of flooding will be subjected to further risk.
