I have previously commented on this site many times, while I am concerned with the over development of St Athan, I do feel this site could deliver a number of benefits should the planners work with the developers including - enhanced entrance to village with a tree lined green wedge between housing and Gileston Road, widening of the pavement on the western side of Gileston Road, a much needed new access to school, some green space, improved junction with the B4265. Older people housing considered as part of the affordable housing allocation, as good access to village hub.
