Welsh language will be protected by protecting community led billingual or welsh language users. through out Wales many community managed green spaces do much to improve the use of the Welsh language.
When referring to protecting open space there should be reference to protecting active community managed green spaces. Open spaces can be formal and informal but either way, their merits are just as valuable.
refer to the need to protect informal open spaces that have active community managed initiatives on site
