High density housing should be avoided. People have to live in them. Developers need to find ways of accomodating all people in comfortable housing. Once they are built, high density housing schemes will be around for a long time to the detriment of other residents.
Mention of high density housing should be removed.
"Supports Public Transport" should be replaced with "Ensures adequate public transport is available, providing subsidies where necessary".
