I don'y consider that to be relevant when so many other more fundamental issues are at stake
The proposed plan will place further strain on already barely adequate public services; the roads are already heavily congested particularly during peak travel times; there will be a detrimental loss of green spaces within the area which may reduce the area's capacity to create a feeling of well being.
The roads are already in a poor state with much restorative work urgently required so any increase in the number of cars will only exacerbate this situation.
Before further plans for building new housing areas are considered, there should be an increase in the provision of basic facilities such as GP Surgery, Dental Surgery, improved public transport links, creation of more spaces within schools at all levels from Reception to Year 12.
