The plan requires a focus on smaller scale developments everywhere combined with an appropriate increase in existing infrastructure. This would protect existing towns, villages and countryside from over development. In an insecure changing world we are going to need to allocate more land for food supply and energy production/storage.

Development on this scale is wrong in principle. It totally ignores infrastructure, environmental, traffic and sewerage considerations. It completely changes the towns, villages and countryside with reckless abandon at a time when we require food security and sustainable living.
