I support developing the land opposite St. Davids Church in Wales School Colwinston, as it is suitable, non-flood plain, and promotes climate change mitigation. Its proximity to the school, bus stop, and local businesses encourages active travel and community access. Existing football facilities are available, and the site aligns with VOGCC policies, including affordable housing needs in Llandow ward. The site does not intrude on open countryside or recreational land, and constraints assessments appear inaccurate. I urge the inspector to reexamine these assessments for proper consideration.
